May 2024: Exhibition Acqua Viva. Ex Fornace Gola Alzaia Naviglio Pavese in Milan.

On May 18, 2024, artist Liliia Kaluzhyna showcased her captivating works “Water Energy” and “Water Captivity” at the Acqua Viva contemporary art exhibition, held at the historic Ex Fornace Gola Alzaia Naviglio Pavese in Milan. Organized by Vitaukr and Forum Donne to celebrate Art Ocean’s Day, the event highlighted the beauty and power of water through art. The exhibition featured contributions from art critic Giorgio Grasso, a unique social fashion show, and various cultural performances, attracting an international audience. Open to the public by reservation, Acqua Viva presented over 50 contemporary artworks by artists from Italy, Ukraine, the USA, and included student works from the National Polytechnic University of Lviv and the Kherson Art School. The art pieces explored themes of sustainability, ecocide, and the preciousness of natural resources, underscoring water’s essential role as both a natural and humanitarian resource that sustains humanity.
