Liliia Kaluzhyna at the 2026 Cremona Art Biennale
In June 2026, contemporary artist Liliia Kaluzhyna (Alika) participated in the 2026 Cremona Art Biennale – International Art Exhibition, held at the former Filanda di Soncino in the province of Cremona, Italy.
The exhibition took place from June 11 to 21, 2026, with the support of the Municipality of Soncino and the collaboration of the local Pro Loco association. The event brought together artists working in painting, sculpture, photography, and graphic art, presenting a diverse overview of contemporary artistic expression.
Liliia Kaluzhyna participated in the Biennale with her painting “Wind of Change”, an expressive figurative artwork featuring strong colour contrasts, organic forms, and a female figure immersed in an atmosphere of transformation. The composition explores themes of change, inner strength, and the transition toward a new stage of life.
The official opening was held on June 13, 2026. The presentation included Antonio Castellana and Giada Eva Elisa Tarantino, while the jury was chaired by Professor Alfonso Restivo. The programme also featured a live artistic performance, creating a dialogue between painting, the human body, and performative action.
Liliia Kaluzhyna’s participation is documented by the official certificate issued by the organisers and by photographs of her artwork displayed inside the historic exhibition venue.
Additional photographs and videos from the Biennale are available on the artist’s Facebook page.
