In February 2023, internationally acclaimed artist Liliia Kaluzhyna participated in the collective exhibition “CHILDHOOD”, organized by VITAUKR, LET’S DO IT ITALY, LET’S DO IT UKRAINE, and Terre des Hommes at the Spazio Seicentro in Milan. This exhibition, marking the first anniversary of the war in Ukraine, focused on the impact of conflict on children. Kaluzhyna’s painting, “Viburno Rosso”, was a highlight of the event, curated by art critic Giorgio Gregorio Grasso. The exhibition also featured conferences, workshops, and artistic installations aimed at raising awareness about children’s rights and the devastating effects of war. Supported by international organizations such as the United Nations and the Italian Agency for International Cooperation (AICS), this event brought together a large audience and emphasized the importance of humanitarian aid through art.
