In December 2019, Liliia Kaluzhyna was awarded the First International Art Prize Italy at the International Biennial of Athens for her artwork “Superior Mind.” Her unique approach to concentric composition reflects the deep, ancestral connection between humanity and nature, blending past and present into an aesthetic rich in energy and color. Although of Ukrainian origin, Kaluzhyna’s work shows a distinct Italian influence, elevating painting to emotional and symbolic levels. This prestigious honor was presented by notable figures including Marco Galdi, Allesandro Masi, Anna Mondavio, Giuseppe De Luca, Armando Principe, Veronica Nicoli, and Rosario Sprovieri.
